Emily grew up in a family of artists, designers and art educators. Her college years were spent following in their footsteps, along a path of fine art and traditional technique. After a solo exhibit of her paintings, printmaking and photography,
she began a career in gallery and museum exhibit design and curation. 

 

After a few years, she transitioned into corporate graphic design when she was offered  a position as an Illustrator at a greeting card and giftware company. Her original drawings and paintings appeared in national retailers and unique specialty boutiques. She went on to design for companies in a wide variety of industries, including Toys, Fashion, Housewares, Electronics, Advertising, and Cosmetics.

 

One of her main specialties has been Packaging Design, however she also is
adept at Branding, Retouching, and Layout Design for both Print and Web. Her
fine artist background gives her designs a distinct edge.
